General Stay Guidelines 

Just like a hotel, for the safety and well being of our guests and community all bookings require proof of identity. To facilitate gathering this information for direct website bookings, you will receive an invitation from a reputable third-party service via phone number or email with the information you provided upon booking. Your stay will also require a credit card pre-authorization of $500, which provides a temporary hold on your credit card to cover any incidental room damages. These funds are not charged unless property damage occurs. 

Extended Stay Guidelines (Stays of 28+ Nights)

We welcome long-term stays. To help us abide by  best practices in the mid-term rental industry and protect our property as well as each visitor, stays of 28 days or longer require a standard professional screening process and lease agreement. Prior to check-in, we kindly ask our long-term guests to sign a lease agreement via Docusign and complete a secure verification. This includes a routine background check, credit overview, references, and rental history via our third-party provider, TransUnion. A fee applies for the secure check. Additionally, a fully refundable, flat-rate security deposit of $750 is securely held for the duration of your stay to protect your temporary home. To make your extended stay as seamless and relaxing as possible, we include monthly professional housekeeping. This service is provided at no extra stress to you, ensuring your workspace and living areas stay fresh, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout your time in Charlotte.
